BC-247 Docking Station
The Icom BC-247 docking station is designed for the SAT100 satellite PTT radio and is perfect for use in vehicles and fixed locations. It enables the radio to be docked, providing access to AC or DC power and allowing it to be connected to an antenna. The BC-247 Docking Station can be used with the optional HM-222 fist microphone and AH-40 magnetic mount antenna, making it suitable for use inside vehicles or buildings. With a voltage range of 9V to 32V DC, it is simple to install and includes an anti-theft feature that activates an external horn when the radio is removed from the dock. The BC-247 is particularly well-suited for SAT100 users in public safety, first responders, and humanitarian organizations who need an in-vehicle mount, as well as for fixed-site applications such as construction field offices.
